The role involves overall residential, discipline, safety, and, supervision of warden/hostel staff, coordination with parents and campus departments, and handling of emergencies within the residential campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall administration of girl's hostels
- Ensure student safety, discipline & welfare
- Supervise wardens, assistant wardens & hostel staff
- Handle student grievances & disciplinary issues
- Liaise with parents, security, medical & maintenance teams
- Manage hostel records & inspections
- Handle emergencies/crisis situations on campus
