Key Responsibilities:

- Handle IRDAI reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal audits.

- Oversee nomination, examination, and certification of Specified Persons as per IRDAI guidelines.

- Manage medical underwriting cases and ensure closure within defined TATs.

- Prepare commission statements, reconcile invoices, and ensure timely settlements.

- Coordinate with insurance partners for issuance, renewals, and policy management.

- Lead a small team, drive productivity, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Track and resolve claims, complaints, and service requests.

- Implement process improvements and support digitization initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Insurance, or related field.

- 6-10 years of experience in Insurance Operations/Compliance.

- Robust knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and insurance platforms (LMS, EGL, SFDC).

- Team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
