Currently we are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global logistics and supply chain company, for the position of Transportation Operations Executive in Chennai position.
We're looking for a hands-on Transportation Operations qualified to run the day-to-day Billing, Track & Trace, and Proof of Delivery (POD) Management processes. This is an execution-focused role, working within established standards to keep freight billing, in-transit visibility,
and delivery documentation accurate and on time — with strong exposure to the US transportation landscape.

What You'll Do
/n
/n
Own end-to-end Billing operations — invoice processing, validation, discrepancy resolution, and timely closure
/n
Manage Track & Trace — monitor shipments in transit, proactively flag delays and exceptions, and coordinate with carriers and customers to resolve them
/n
Handle POD Management — collection, verification, and reconciliation of delivery documentation
/n
Apply US transportation standards, carrier requirements, and compliance norms in day-to-day processing
/n
Partner with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and delivery discrepancies
/n
Maintain accuracy and turnaround times across Billing, Track & Trace, and POD workflows, following established SOPs
