Role & responsibilities

Geeta Bagh, a premier luxury farm stay in Pushkar, is looking for a passionate and versatile Mid-Level All-Round Chef to lead our culinary operations. You will be responsible for creating authentic, exceptional dining experiences for our guests, with a robust emphasis on rich North Indian Vegetarian cuisine alongside popular multi-cuisine staples.

- Culinary Execution: Prepare high-quality, flavorful North Indian dishes (curries, tandoor/breads, regional specials) and popular continental/comfort items for guest meal service.
- Menu Planning & Prep: Plan daily menus, handle mise en place, and ensure fresh, farm-to-table ingredients are utilized effectively.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee kitchen inventory, manage ingredient stocking, and maintain optimal food cost management.
- Hygiene & Standards: Maintain flawless cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards across the kitchen and prep areas.
- Guest Satisfaction: Customize meals according to guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special event requests.





Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 3 to 6 years of hands-on cooking experience in boutique resorts, luxury hotels, or reputable restaurants.
- Specialization: Strong mastery of North Indian cuisine (gravies, spices, Tandoor preparation, local Rajasthani delicacies).
- Versatility: Ability to handle light breakfasts, snacks, beverages, and basic continental or casual dining dishes.
- Soft Skills: High attention to hygiene, guest-centric focus, and ability to manage kitchen operations independently in a luxury environment.

Perks and benefits

- Salary: 2.4 Lakhs 3.0 Lakhs Per Annum (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
