- Experience: 0–3 years (freshers and qualified CAs with experience both welcome)

- About the role
- You will own the accounting, compliance and reporting function for a growing steel manufacturing business — working directly with management on numbers that drive decisions, not just closing books.
- What you will do
- • Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other regulatory filings within deadlines.
- • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and monthly management reporting packs.
- • Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and close audit observations.
- • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking and reconciliations.
- • Track costing, inventory valuation and margin analysis for manufacturing operations.
- • Review accounting processes,
strengthen internal controls and reduce manual work.
- • Support management with financial analysis, budgeting and cash-flow planning.
- What we are looking for
- • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
- • Solid grounding in accounting standards, GST, TDS and direct tax.
- • Working knowledge of Tally and/or SAP, plus advanced MS Excel.
- • Manufacturing or industrial sector exposure is an advantage (not mandatory for freshers).
- • Sharp analytical thinking, clear communication and ownership of deadlines.
