Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing and executing audit engagements, including statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits for diverse clients, while ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards.

The Chartered

Accountant will review financial statements, perform financial analysis, and support advisory engagements in areas such as taxation, risk management, business strategy, and due diligence.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with clients, preparing reports and working papers, supporting M&A; and valuation assignments when required, and contributing to process improvements and quality control within engagements. The role requires active collaboration with partners and team members,



adherence to professional ethics, and timely delivery of high-quality work.

Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; relevant post-qualification experience in audit, assurance, or advisory preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, auditing standards, and applicable tax and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST).
- Proficiency in statutory audit, internal audit, and risk advisory, including planning engagements, testing controls, and preparing audit documentation and reports.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, perform analytical review procedures, and provide insights to support business strategy, due diligence, and valuation projects.
- Comfort with using accounting and audit tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software; experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, time management, and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced professional services environment.
- Exposure to ESG, digital transformation, or global firm networks (such as Moore Global) will be considered an added advantage.
