Yashodeep Knowledge Hub is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the financial management, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and financial reporting of the institution and its associated educational units.

The candidate will work closely with the Management and Administration to ensure sound financial practices, timely statutory compliance, accurate reporting, and effective financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall accounting and financial operations of the institution.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and financial analysis.
- Handle and ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, tax, and other auditors and provide necessary records and information.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and institutional audits.
- Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, cash flow, and bank transactions.
- Review and verify payments, expenses, purchase bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper accounting and financial control over student fees, institutional expenses, salaries, and other receipts/payments.
- Assist Management in budget preparation, financial planning, cost control, and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial requirements of educational institutions and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding institutional accounts and financial transactions.
- Review payroll-related statutory compliances and coordinate with the HR/Administration team.




- Develop and maintain effective internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and compliance issues and recommend corrective measures.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and institutional information.
- Perform any other finance and accounts-related responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- CA (Chartered Accountant) – Qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit, and Statutory Compliance.
- Good understanding of financial reporting and internal controls.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software/ERP, and financial reporting tools.

Experience

- 3–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
- Experience in educational institutions, colleges, universities, trusts, societies, or similar organizations will be an advantage.
- Candidates with robust experience in statutory compliance, taxation, audit, and institutional finance are encouraged to apply.
