We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–4 years of relevant experience to manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audit, financial planning and tender-related financial activities across multiple group companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain statutory books of accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF and ESI compliance and related filings.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, working capital and financial planning.
- Handle banking activities, loan documentation and related financial requirements.
- Review vendor payments, project costs and prepare financial MIS reports for management.
- Prepare Turnover Certificates, Net Worth Certificates and Working Capital Certificates for tenders.
- Coordinate solvency requirements and financial eligibility verification for tenders.
- Conduct financial ratio analysis and support Joint Venture financial assessments.
- Manage ROC/MCA compliance, GST compliance and Income Tax Returns.
- Prepare/coordinate consolidated Balance Sheet and Group Cash Flow reporting.
- Monitor inter-company transactions and support tax planning and optimization.
- Conduct profitability analysis and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Support financial restructuring, expansion planning and business valuation.
- Manage financial credentials, experience certificates and other documents required for tenders.
- Identify relevant tenders, study tender documents and conduct financial eligibility analysis.




- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal and Project teams for tender and financial requirements.
- Review contracts, performance bank guarantees and work orders.
- Support project handover and payment tracking.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Robust knowledge of accounting, audit and financial statement finalization.
- Experience with Tally/accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting and MIS reporting skills.
- Knowledge of working capital, cash flow and financial ratios.
- Experience in tender-related financial documentation and eligibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple companies and meet deadlines.

Preferred Industry Experience: Solar Energy / Renewable Energy / Solar EPC / Electrical & Power Sector / EPC / Infrastructure / Engineering / Government Tender & Contracting / Construction / Manufacturing.

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 2–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Experience handling multiple companies/group entities will be an advantage.
- Experience in government tenders and tender-related financial documentation will be preferred.
- Should be capable of independently coordinating with multiple departments and managing financial requirements.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
