We are looking for a dynamic Lead – Finance & Accounts to join our Client Servicing team. The role involves managing the complete finance and accounting function for a portfolio of small to medium-sized domestic and global corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end bookkeeping and accounting
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management
- Vendor invoice verification and GST compliance
- Bank, Forex and General Ledger reconciliations
- Cash flow and banking operations
- Monthly book closure and financial statement preparation
- MIS reporting and client interaction
- GST, TDS and advance tax compliance
- Annual accounts finalization and Schedule III financial statements
- Coordination and handling of statutory audits
- End-to-end payroll processing
- PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity and other labour law compliances
- Salary TDS, Form 16 and related compliances
- Managing Indian entities of global subsidiaries
- Direct interaction with senior management,



Board Directors and global SPOCs
- Providing financial, tax and compliance insights to clients

Candidate Profile:

- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm or Consulting firm
- Robust knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST and Income Tax
- Hands-on experience with Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books
- Experience with payroll software such as GreytHR / KEKA
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with global clients and senior stakeholders
