Change Manager Role – Employee Commute Transition

- The Change Manager, to support a high-impact, future-ready strategy for integrating the Bengaluru Metro Services into the Entity Employee Commutation Program, define the change vision and goals, develop the strategy, the multigenerational roadmap, and seamless execution of change initiatives within the ground transportation function, majorly driving the change for the upcoming metro and push more users towards the Metro.

- The primary objective of the Employee Commute Program is to transition from a fleet-heavy model to a sustainable, multimodal ecosystem that enhances employee well-being, reduces the firm’s carbon footprint, and optimizes operational expenditures.

The Change

Manager will lead change readiness assessments and design training programs to facilitate smooth and effective transitions.

- Develop and execute employee commute change management strategies and plans, including assessments to measure stakeholder, organization, and user change readiness and adoption metrics and goals

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives,



providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with partner organizations (tech, AV) to deliver cohesive communications and delivery before, during, and after the transition of employees from fleet to multi-mode ecosystem.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of recent processes and systems.

- Drive curation of digital content for employee commute success initiatives.

- Monitor implementation timelines and activities, escalating risk and resistance and preparing risk mitigation tactics.

- Act as the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and proactively addressing concerns throughout the change lifecycle.

- Drive performance with initiatives and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management for the employee commute change program.
