Job Purpose The CFO will be responsible for overall financial leadership, planning, control and performance management of Yana Group. The role will oversee financial strategy, budgeting, MIS, cash flow, statutory compliance, internal controls, cost optimisation and financial risk management across multiple centres.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement the organisation's financial strategy aligned with business growth plans.
- Prepare annual budgets, business plans and financial forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and targets.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the management team.
- Evaluate new centre expansion, investments and business opportunities.

1. MIS & Management Reporting

- Develop centre-wise and consolidated financial MIS.
- Prepare monthly P&L;, balance sheet and cash-flow reports.
- Analyse revenue, expenses, margins, EBITDA and profitability.
- Monitor financial KPIs and identify areas requiring corrective action.
- Present financial performance reports to management.

1. Cash Flow & Working Capital

- Monitor daily cash collections and bank deposits across centres.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital requirements.
- Monitor receivables, outstanding payments and ageing.
- Establish effective credit-control mechanisms.
- Ensure optimum utilisation of working capital.

1. Accounts & Financial Controls

- Supervise accounting operations across all centres.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition, expense booking and reconciliations.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and approval processes.
- Monitor financial leakages, billing discrepancies and revenue losses.
- Ensure proper control over purchases, inventory, pharmacy and vendor payments.

1. Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors,



tax consultants and internal auditors.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns.
- Monitor audit observations and ensure timely closure.

1. Cost Control & Profitability

- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation without compromising patient care.
- Analyse department-wise and centre-wise profitability.
- Monitor manpower, procurement, pharmacy, marketing and operational expenses.
- Develop cost-control measures and monitor their effectiveness.

1. Budgeting & Target Management

- Set financial targets in coordination with management.
- Monitor centre-wise revenue and collection targets.
- Track actual vs budgeted performance.
- Support management in developing annual and long-term financial plans.

1. Audit & Risk Management

- Coordinate internal, statutory and financial audits.
- Establish effective financial risk-management systems.
- Identify potential financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure appropriate segregation of duties and financial authorisation controls.

1. Banking & Treasury

- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Monitor bank balances, deposits, loans and working capital facilities.
- Negotiate banking arrangements and financial services where required.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts.

1. Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
- Establish clear KRAs and KPIs for finance personnel.
- Review team performance and productivity.
- Develop standardised finance processes across all centres.

Qualification

Preferred:





- CA – Chartered Accountant
- CA + MBA Finance preferred
- CMA / ICWA may also be considered
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial planning and healthcare finance

Experience
- 10+ years of overall finance experience, with significant experience in a senior financial leadership role.
- Experience as CFO / Finance Head / General Manager – Finance preferred.
- Hospital / Healthcare / IVF industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing finance for multiple branches/centres will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in budgeting, MIS, audit, taxation, cash flow and financial controls.

Preferred Candidate Profile A strategic finance leader who can go beyond accounting and take ownership of the complete financial health of a growing multi-centre healthcare organisation. Hospital / Healthcare / IVF experience preferred.
