Role Objective To take complete ownership of the assigned unit's business development, activity planning, referral network and patient acquisition, with a transparent focus on patient footfall, specialty volume and unit revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Performance and Visit Analysis

- Analyse visit reports, field coverage, follow ups, referrals and conversions and verify reported outcomes.
- Identify productivity gaps and implement corrective action.

Activity Planning and Execution

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity calendars based on unit requirements and market potential.
- Plan and execute approved BTL and ATL activities with pre activity planning and post activity ROI analysis.

Doctor Referral and Specialty Development

- Build ethical relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostics, pharmacies and referral partners.
- Plan CME programmes and doctor meetings and track source wise referrals and conversions.
- Develop specialty acquisition plans and confirm doctor and service capacity before promotion.

Lead Corporate and Team Management





- Record every lead on the same day and track conversion through appointment, visit, admission and procedure.
- Develop corporate and institutional opportunities and monitor field team productivity.

Reporting and Coordination

- Report daily to both the Centre Head and Mr Shekhar with evidence, outcomes and challenges.

Separate completed work, extra work, pending follow ups and expected new tasks for the next day.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline with MBA or PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred.
- Preferably 3 to 6 years of hospital, diagnostic, pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience.

Field team supervision, Patna market knowledge, CRM, Excel and relationship management capability preferred. Overall Accountability The Assistant Manager must own unit growth and not merely report activities. Every visit, CME and campaign should produce measurable referrals, patient volumes, specialty performance and revenue.
