As a Branch Manager at our esteemed Red & White Education Institute, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning and growth of our branch. You will be responsible for overseeing all operational, administrative, and academic activities within the branch premises. Your leadership skills and strategic thinking will be instrumental in achieving our organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of educational excellence.

- Manage branch operations, team, and finances.
- Ensure academic excellence and successful placements.
- Drive lead generation, marketing, and branch growth.
- Recruit and counsel students on academics and careers.
- Assist with admissions, orientation, and student support.
- Coordinate educational programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration,



or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in educational management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
