- We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and electronic security systems. The candidate will be responsible for customer-site installations, service activities, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring security systems operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

CCTV Installation & Configuration:

- Install and configure IP and Analog CCTV cameras.

- Install and configure DVR/NVR systems.

- Perform CCTV cabling, wiring, termination, and testing.

- Configure IP cameras and basic network settings.

- Position cameras appropriately and conduct system testing.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

- Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, power supplies, storage, and connectivity issues.

- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown service.

- Diagnose technical faults and complete repairs within the required timeline.

- Handle service calls and technical complaints at customer locations.

Customer Site Support

- Visit customer sites for installation, maintenance, and service requirements.

- Provide basic training to customers on CCTV system operation.

- Explain system functionality and address customer queries professionally.

- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator and Operations Manager.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate installation and service reports.

- Record completed service activities, technical issues, and corrective actions.

- Ensure timely reporting of installation and maintenance work.

Required Technical Skills





- CCTV installation and troubleshooting.

- IP and Analog CCTV cameras.

- DVR/NVR configuration.

- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, LAN, switches, routers, and PoE.

- CAT6 cable laying and RJ45 termination.

- Camera positioning, configuration, and testing.

- Basic knowledge of Access Control and Biometric Systems.

- Basic knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems is an advantage.

- Familiarity with CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua, or similar CCTV products is preferred.

Education

Job Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related technical field.

- Candidates with relevant hands-on technical experience may also be considered.

Communication Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Other Requirements

- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

- Willingness to travel to customer and project locations.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Candidates with hands-on experience in CCTV installation and servicing.
