Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Eye Hospital preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients regarding cataract surgery, procedure, benefits and expected outcomes.
- Explain different IOL options and surgery packages in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate with ophthalmologists, optometrists, OT and billing teams.
- Guide patients through the complete pre-operative and post-operative process.
- Address patient and bystander queries and concerns.
- Follow up with patients and support surgery conversion and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate patient counselling and surgery records.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and communication.
- Achieve assigned counselling and surgery conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of cataract surgery and IOLs.
- Excellent communication and counselling skills.
- Patient-friendly and professional approach.
- Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹11,185.69 - ₹25,650.33 per month
