Role Description The Career Counselor internship role at Exlearn Technologies is an in office position based in the Pune Division. The intern will support learners through one-on-one and group counseling sessions, helping them clarify career goals, understand IT career paths, and plan learning roadmaps aligned with industry needs. Daily tasks include assessing learner interests and skills, advising on course selections, assisting with resume building and interview preparation, and maintaining accurate counseling records.





The intern will collaborate with trainers and the placement team to coordinate workshops, share job market insights, and guide learners on career development strategies. This internship offers exposure to career services in the IT education sector and opportunities to interact directly with learners and industry professionals.

Education Counsellor (3 Positions)

Experience:-2–3 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:-

● Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries.

● Conduct career counselling sessions.

● Explain programs and career opportunities.

● Follow up with leads until admission.

● Maintain CRM and admission records.

● Coordinate fee collection and documentation.

● Achieve monthly admission targets.

Skills Requirement:-

● 2–3 years in education sales/counselling.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Target-driven mindset.

● CRM experience preferred.
