- Familiarity with LMS administration, course management, and learner tracking functionalities.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and feedback analysis.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to conduct instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end content development and translation coordination
- Conduct offline classroom and virtual training sessions for stakeholders across domains (Police, Prosecution, FSLs, etc.).
- Assist in the customization of training content delivery for different categories of end-users.
- Support the Senior Capacity Building Expert in daily coordination activities, especially during large training rollouts.
- Ensure smooth implementation of training calendar, logistics and session tracking.
