- We are hiring for two positions within the café and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment: Cafe Staff – Fresher and Store Manager – QSR. Candidates should be customer-focused, disciplined, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced food-service workplace.

Job Role:

Position 1 – Cafe Staff:

- Suitable for freshers.

- Responsible for customer service and supporting daily café operations.

- Assist with order taking, food and beverage service, cleanliness, and general store activities.

Position 2 – Store Manager – QSR:

- Suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the QSR industry.

- Responsible for overall store operations, team management, customer service, inventory, food costing, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Cafe Staff – Fresher:

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.

- Take customer orders accurately and process them as required.

- Serve food and beverages efficiently.

- Assist customers with basic queries and requirements.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the café.

- Support daily café operations and routine tasks.

- Assist team members during busy service periods.

- Follow company procedures, food-service standards, and hygiene practices.

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Contribute to a positive customer experience.

Store Manager – QSR:

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

- Lead, supervise, train, and schedule team members effectively.

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.

- Maintain food quality and operational standards.

- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and usage.





- Manage food costing and monitor food-related expenses.

- Track and control food variance and identify reasons for discrepancies.

- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards across the store.

- Monitor store performance and support achievement of business goals.

- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
