Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, well-groomed, and professional Butler for a private residence. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality household and guest services, maintaining service standards, and assisting with the smooth day-to-day operations of the residence.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional and personalized service to the family and guests.

- Serve meals, beverages, tea, coffee, and refreshments as per required service standards.

- Set up and clear dining tables for daily meals and formal/informal gatherings.

- Assist with guest reception and ensure guests are attended to professionally.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining, living, and service areas.

- Coordinate with the housekeeping and kitchen staff to ensure smooth household operations.

- Assist in supervising housekeeping staff and ensure daily tasks are completed properly.

- Manage household supplies and report requirements to the House Manager or concerned person.

- Handle wardrobe care, packing, unpacking, and garment organization when required.

- Assist with arranging and preparing the residence for guests, meetings,



and special occasions.

- Ensure proper care and handling of household items, crockery, cutlery, and other valuables.

- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, etiquette, and professional conduct.

- Follow instructions and maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family and household.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–8 years of experience as a Butler, Steward, Guest Service Associate, or in a similar role.

- Experience in a private residence, luxury hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred.

- Good knowledge of food and beverage service and table-setting standards.

- Knowledge of formal dining and service etiquette will be an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Well-groomed, polite, disciplined, and service-oriented.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work as part of a household team.

- Trustworthy, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.

- Flexible with working hours based on the family's requirements.

Pay: ₹89,892.71 - ₹92,249.51 per month
