Education:

- CA or MBA / PGDM (Finance) from a reputed institute
- Strong grounding in financial management, costing, and business finance

Experience:

- 3-10 years of experience in large, professionally managed organisations

Experience working closely with business leaders on P&L; and commercial decisions

- Exposure to multi-site manufacturing operations and customer-facing finance roles
- Prior experience in category, vertical, or business finance roles preferred

Job Responsibilities:





- Act as Finance Business Partner to Category / Vertical Presidents and leadership teams
- Support delivery of topline growth, profitability, cash flow, and return objectives
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and periodic performance reviews across manufacturing. Sites
- Develop, track, and monitor site-wise savings, productivity, and cost improvement initiatives
- Support new business opportunities including RFQs, pricing models, and commercial evaluations.
- Evaluate Capex proposals, conduct IRR analysis, and perform post-investment reviews
- Track financial performance by site, customer, and category including working capital metrics
- Support pre- and post-acquisition activities including financial due diligence and integration tracking
- Provide actionable MIS and insights to senior management for decision-making
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals
- Coordinate closely with Operations, SCM, Sales, and Corporate Finance teams
- Travel to manufacturing locations as per business requirement
