Senior Business Development Executive – Advertising Agency

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who can bring recent clients and business to our advertising agency. The role involves finding potential clients, meeting them, understanding their requirements and converting them into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and approach new clients through calls, LinkedIn, networking and references.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Manage existing clients, handle their requirements and maintain robust relationships.
- Meet clients and understand their advertising and marketing requirements.
- Present services and prepare proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with creative and execution teams for client requirements.
- Convert prospects into clients and generate repeat business.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and regularly update lead status.




- Use CRM and AI tools for lead generation and follow-ups.

Performance Targets

- Qualified Leads: 80–100/month
- Client Meetings: 15–20/month
- New Clients: 3–5/month
- Revenue: Achieve monthly targets
- Review: Monthly

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Advertising or Digital Marketing.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of advertising, branding and digital marketing.
- Good follow-up and closing skills.
- Comfortable meeting clients and working towards targets.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities.
