Role Description The Retail Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore, Chennai or Hyderabad, responsible for driving retail expansion and strengthening Knya’s presence in key markets. Day-to-day, the consultant identifies and pursues new business opportunities, builds relationships with retail partners, and manages lead generation activities through networking, outreach, and market research. This position requires regular visits to retail locations and partner sites to ensure alignment on objectives and consistent execution of growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Mapping & Property Scouting

- Identify and evaluate potential retail locations in high-potential markets especially high streets nearby Hospitals
- Analyze footfall, competition presence, customer demographics, and proximity to key hubs

Property Negotiation & Acquisition

- Lead negotiations with property owners, developers, real estate agents, and mall management teams to secure the best commercial terms (lease, rent, revenue sharing, etc
- Coordinate with retail operations, legal, finance,



and external consultants to ensure smooth closure of agreement

Project Management

- Liaise with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and fit-out for store launches.
- Maintain a pipeline of properties and track progress from scouting to store opening

Market Intelligence

- Stay updated with retail real estate trends, new launches, and competitor activities in major cities
- Must Have Knowledge of expansion in South and East india Markets

Compliance Ensure all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements are met for new property acquisitions

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
