Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop, maintain, and update fire safety plans, emergency response procedures, and mock drills.
Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures for ensuring workplace health, safety, workplace (HSE), and environmental compliance.
Provide training on industrial safety practices, fire prevention, and evacuation protocols to employees.
Investigate incidents or near-misses related to HSE issues.
