Roles and Responsibilities
Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, performance management, and exit formalities.
Oversee plant HR operations including manpower planning, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and contract labor management.
Identify areas for improvement in factory HR processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Monitoring cleanliness of the plant and organize activities to support it.
Tracking overtime and attendance of the employees
