We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to handle sales inquiries, communicate with customers, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and a solid interest in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate and qualify leads through various sources.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers regularly.
Prepare and share quotations, product details, and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with the production, purchase, dispatch, and sales teams.
Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
Track enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order status.
