Are you a results driven Business Development professional with a passion for building client relationships and closing high value deals? We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Zirakpur.

Role Overview

As a BDM, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and converting leads into successful projects. You will actively leverage platforms like Upwork and Freelancer to generate business and manage client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain solid, long term client relationships
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Actively bid on and manage projects via Upwork and Freelancer
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills




- Proven track record of handling international clients and closing deals independently
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and Freelancer platforms
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure
