Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive with 1–5 years of experience in the EdTech industry . The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Counsel students/professionals and understand their learning and career requirements.
- Explain courses, programs, benefits, pricing, and career opportunities to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels .
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets .
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Maintain daily sales reports and track conversion metrics.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in EdTech sales is mandatory.
- Experience in Inside Sales / B2C Sales / Academic Counselling is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced sales environment .
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Candidates with a proven track record of meeting sales targets will be preferred.
