KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.

- Generate sales leads through regular market visits, telephone calls, emails, networking and referrals.

- Promote LCL consolidation, FCL, air freight, customs clearance, transportation and other logistics services.

- Develop and maintain relationships with exporters, importers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and corporate customers.

- Understand customers logistics requirements and provide suitable shipping solutions.

- Prepare quotations and negotiate rates and commercial terms with customers.

- Follow up on enquiries and convert potential opportunities into confirmed business.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.





- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify opportunities to increase business volumes.

- Coordinate with pricing, operations, customer service and accounts teams for smooth shipment execution.

- Monitor market developments, competitor activities and freight-rate trends.

- Prepare daily sales reports, customer visit reports and business-development updates.

- Follow up with customers for timely payment and collection of outstanding amounts.

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve commercial issues professionally.

- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and networking programmes.
