Experience: 2+ years in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Banking Sales, or Academic Counselling

Compensation: ₹30,000–₹40,000 Fixed + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with leads generated through digital marketing and social media channels
- Connect with prospects, conduct follow-ups, and convert leads into enrollments
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Effectively communicate course offerings, mentor profiles, career opportunities, and pricing
- Understand customer requirements and handle queries and objections professionally
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups through CRM




- Work closely with the Sales Team Lead and ensure timely reporting of sales performance

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience in B2C Sales / Inside Sales / Banking Sales / Academic Counselling
- Fluency in Tamil is required
- Prior EdTech sales experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
- Comfortable working with sales Matrics, CRM and other tools
