Rentobots is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to handle enquiries, generate business, meet customers, and convert leads into confirmed bookings for our robot rental and sales services. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting our robotic solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with incoming robot rental and sales leads.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable robot rental packages and solutions.

Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.

Meet and visit clients when required.

Give presentations and demonstrations of our robotics services.

Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.

Close deals and coordinate booking confirmations.

Build relationships with event companies, brands, corporates, colleges, schools, agencies, and other potential clients.

Maintain proper lead, enquiry, and sales follow-up records.

Identify new business, sales, and partnership opportunities.

Coordinate with the operations and technical teams for successful robot deployment.





Follow up with existing customers and develop repeat business opportunities

Required Skills

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Good sales and business development skills.

Confident in telephone sales and face-to-face client meetings.

Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.

Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management.

Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

English and Malayalam communication preferred.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Basic understanding or interest in robotics and technology will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas will be an added advantage: B2B Sales, Business Development, Event Industry, Technology Sales, Advertising, Rentals, Corporate Sales, or Robotics.

Freshers with excellent communication and sales ability may also apply.
