We're looking for a Business Development Executive / Bidder to help Praxline win current client engagements on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms, and to build outbound relationships with founder-led businesses in the UK and India.

Responsibilities

Write and submit compelling proposals and bids on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance marketplaces

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, cold calling)

Speak directly with prospective global clients to understand their needs and close remote deals

Manage the full sales pipeline from lead to signed contract

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

Track and report on bidding and outreach metrics and conversion rates

Requirements





2-3 years of experience bidding and closing deals on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar remote job platforms

Proven track record of closing remote deals with international clients

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills - this is non-negotiable

Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote, founder-led environment

Prior experience in an agency, IT services, or software development environment is a plus

This is a remote position but should be open to come to office if needed.
