Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, build robust client relationships, and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will lead the business development function, manage key accounts, and contribute to long-term growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for digital marketing services
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
- Conduct online or F2F client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Develop customized marketing solutions based on client needs




- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Mentor and guide junior business development executives (if applicable)
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Web Development, Branding, Lead Generation)
- Experience - 2+ Years
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong client-handling and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinking with a result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
