1. Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development & Liaisoning Executive to support business development, client coordination, relationship management, and liaisoning activities within the Open Access, Power Trading, and Renewable Energy sector.The candidate will work closely with industrial and commercial (C&I;) customers, internal teams, regulatory bodies, DISCOMs, SLDCs, and other stakeholders to support business generation and smooth execution of Open Access transactions.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities with Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) clients for Open Access, Power Trading, and Renewable Energy solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand requirements, and ensure regular follow-ups and coordination.
- Assist in client meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and business conversion activities.
- Coordinate with SLDCs,



DISCOMs, SERCs, government bodies, and internal teams for Open Access applications, approvals, and related activities.
- Track and research Open Access regulations, power market trends, tariff orders, and renewable energy policies.
- Support preparation and management of LOIs, PPAs, commercial proposals, applications, and other documentation.
- Prepare MIS, market intelligence reports, lead trackers, and business updates for management.
- Coordinate with Operations, Scheduling, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams for smooth execution of customer transactions.

Preferred: Candidates with exposure to C&I; clients, Power Trading, Open Access, Renewable Energy, or Energy sector through internship or work experience.
