Develop and execute sales strategies to promote software products and IT services.

Interact with clients through meetings, calls, virtual demos, presentations, and client visits.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business.

Conduct product demonstrations and company presentations.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Prepare business proposals, commercial documents, solution documents, and project budgets.

Coordinate with technical teams for solution discussions, estimations, and project scoping.

Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline with regular activity updates.

Support digital marketing initiatives by creating content for LinkedIn, case studies, product promotions, and marketing campaigns.

Assist in preparing presentations, company profiles,



brochures, and other business development materials.

Possess basic knowledge of RFPs, RFQs, tender processes, and proposal submissions.

Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly business targets.

Identify new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Robust client interaction and requirement-gathering abilities.

Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT services.

Knowledge of CRM, ERP, HRMS, Mobile Applications, Web Applications, Digital Marketing, and Custom Software Solutions.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings when required.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
