- Sourcing & Database Management – Identify and compile contact information for decision-makers in IT, healthcare, and restaurant sectors using online platforms; maintain organised records
- Outbound Sales Activity – Initiate contact with prospective clients to arrange discovery meetings
- Client Consultation – Conduct thorough research before meetings, gather client needs through structured discussions, and propose tailored digital marketing solutions addressing identified pain points
- Proposal Development – Prepare customised presentations aligned with client requirements and deliver solutions-focused pitches
- Deal Negotiation – Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability standards established by management
- Client Coordination – Document all client communications using AI or manual recording methods; serve as the primary contact managing transitions from sales through project initialisation
