We are looking for experienced, result-oriented Sales Managers who can help us introduce this new safety product to the market and build a strong B2B sales network.
The ideal candidate should have excellent industry contacts and a proven track record in sales, particularly in sectors such as:
Corporate offices & commercial buildings
RWAs & residential societies
Hotels & hospitals
Schools, colleges & institutions
Factories & industrial units
Builders & developers
Malls, showrooms & retail establishments
Facility management & security companies
Fire & safety industry
Government & institutional organisations
Key Responsibilities
Generate business through existing contacts and new leads.
Meet decision-makers and conduct product presentations/demonstrations.
Develop corporate, institutional and channel sales.
Build relationships with facility managers, security heads, RWA management and other decision-makers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base.
Candidate Profile
2–5+ years of sales experience preferred.
Strong B2B/institutional sales background.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Well-connected with decision-makers across relevant sectors.
Confident, energetic and comfortable with field sales.
Highly target-oriented and self-motivated.
Salary: Competitive fixed salary + excellent performance-based incentives and commissions.
