Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
Update customer details, calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up .
Maintain proper records and prepare basic sales reports.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Telecalling / CRM.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Customer-oriented and target-focused approach.
Hindi/Gujarati communication preferred.
