Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular skating training sessions for students of different age groups and skill levels.
Teach fundamental and advanced skating techniques, including balance, posture, speed control, turns and stopping.
Prepare structured training plans, drills and fitness activities.
Identify talented students and provide advanced coaching for competitive development.
Prepare students for intra-school, inter-school, district and state-level competitions.
Ensure proper use of helmets, knee guards, elbow guards and other safety equipment.
Maintain discipline and ensure a protected training workplace during every session.
Monitor and maintain skating equipment and report any safety or maintenance issues.
Track attendance, student progress and skill development.
Provide regular feedback and motivate students to improve their performance.
Coordinate with school authorities, PE teachers and parents when required.
Assist in sports days, skating demonstrations and school tournaments.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
