ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Bring scale in user connect & activation.
2. Ensure effectiveness of connect programmes & user /influencer loyalty
3. Working with key influencers like Builders, Engineers & Architects
4. Drive Product sampling/demo for project conversion.
5. Generate tertiary sales via site conversation and user/ influencer activation.
6. Building user Ecosystem for Key retailers/ distributors

7. Site complaint handling

8. Market Insights on competition
9. Providing feedback from end customers to access possible improvements to existing products and also the need for current products.

Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
