Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate current leads through telecalling, social media, referrals, and other channels.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Make regular follow-up calls to potential clients.

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team as required.

- Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and support.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or business development is an added advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of regional languages such as Tamil,



Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu will be an added advantage.

- Good convincing, follow-up, and client-handling skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
