Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Admissions Executive to join our team. In this role, you will counsel prospective students, manage admission inquiries, follow up with leads, and drive student enrollments to help achieve our admissions goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to student and parent inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person walk-ins.

- Guide students and parents on course options, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career pathways to help them select the right programs.

- Actively follow up with prospective students to maintain consistent engagement.

- Convert qualified leads into enrollments and consistently meet monthly admission targets.

- Assist students through the application, documentation, and enrollment processes.

- Maintain accurate lead and student records within our CRM system and Excel.

- Collaborate with the academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless admissions process.

- Participate in admission drives, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.





- Deliver high-quality customer service to build lasting relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

- Immediate Joiners Preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or EdTech is a plus.

- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent persuasive abilities with a consultative counseling style.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.

- A target-driven mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
