The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential sellers, explaining our logistics and courier services, Closing leads, and converting prospects into active customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.
- Explain Shipdaak's logistics, courier, shipping, COD and related services.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups.
- Understand seller requirements and recommend suitable shipping solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into active customers.
- Follow up regularly with potential and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.




- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for customer onboarding.
- Handle basic Seller queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Update lead status and follow-up details in Excel/CRM on a timely basis.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, logistics, courier or e-commerce will be an advantage.
