Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Outbound Sales Executives to join our US Outbound Sales Process. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers in the US market, understanding their requirements, promoting products/services, handling objections, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients in the US market.

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

● Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers effectively.

● Convince customers and handle sales objections professionally.

● Follow up with interested prospects and maximize conversion opportunities.

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

● Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

● Provide professional and courteous customer service.

● Follow established sales processes, scripts, and quality standards.

● Coordinate with team members and supervisors to achieve business targets.

Candidate Requirements

● Education: Graduate in any discipline.

● Excellent English communication skills – verbal and interpersonal.





● Experience in US Outbound Sales / International Calling / International BPO will be preferred.

● Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

● Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

● Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated approach.

● Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software.

● Willingness to work in a night shift.

● Freshers with excellent English communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.

● Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month, depending on experience and interview performance.
