About the Role:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle PAN India leads for professional car detailing training programs. This is an inside sales / tele-sales role focused on lead conversion, follow-ups, customer counselling, and enrollment generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with PAN India leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain training programs, fees, duration, certification, and benefits.
- Convert leads into confirmed training enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Handle objections related to fees, location, course duration, and training.
- Conduct Zoom calls with prospects when required.
- Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and conversion status using Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.




- Coordinate with the training team for customer queries and confirmed enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in BDE, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Telesales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of Hindi and English; Gujarati is an advantage.
- Robust follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers across India.
- Target-oriented with a positive and sales-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
