Creativediva designs is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to generate new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Job location: Valsad , Gujarat
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Official timings; 9:30 am to 6:30pm
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert B2B leads into paying clients.
- Sell digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Branding, Website Development, and Performance Marketing.
- Identify and approach corporate clients through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and creative team for client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales .
- Proven ability to acquire corporate clients and close business deals.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
