We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in helping students and parents understand the value of Digifine’s educational offerings and guide them toward the right courses. This role involves making outbound calls, nurturing leads, and collaborating with college authorities to establish valuable institutional partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce Digifine’s educational services, including courses and career pathways.
- Explain course offerings, admission processes, and placement support to prospective students and parents.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalised course recommendations.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through effective lead follow-ups and conversions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Handle queries, objections, and concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with college deans, HODs, and TPOs to present Digifine’s value proposition.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to optimise lead generation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, brand guidelines, and service quality standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and constantly strive for process improvement.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, academic counselling, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English (Hindi or regional language proficiency is a plus).
- Confidence in outbound calling and consultative selling.
- Positive understanding of the education industry and sales lifecycle.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
