Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Student Mobilization:
- Identify and reach out to potential students through various channels (online/offline).
- Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, communities, coaching centers, etc.
- Collaborate with local NGOs, government agencies, and community leaders for outreach.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, awareness drives, roadshows, and seminars.
Counseling & Conversion:
- Counsel prospective students and parents on course offerings, admission process, and career pathways.
- Follow up on inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, etc., and maintain a proper lead funnel.
- Convert leads into admissions by effectively communicating the value proposition.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
