We are looking for a Business Analyst who is good with numbers, data, and problem-solving, and can turn data into meaningful business insights. The role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business teams to understand performance, identify trends, and support better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse business, sales, lead, revenue, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.

- Track key business metrics and prepare MIS, reports, and dashboards for management.

- Analyse the sales funnel, lead conversion, revenue, and customer behaviour to identify areas for improvement.

- Analyse data from the company website and mobile application, including user behaviour, engagement, drop-offs, and conversions.

- Work closely with the Product team to understand product performance and user journeys and provide data-backed insights.

- Identify business problems and use data to understand their root causes and suggest practical solutions.

- Support teams with forecasting, performance tracking, and ad-hoc analysis.

- Present findings and recommendations in a simple and clear manner to business stakeholders.





Required Skills & Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Analytics, MIS, Sales Analytics.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to work comfortably with data.

- Strong Excel skills Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas, dashboards, etc.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate data into actionable insights.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with modern AI-powered data and analytics tools such as Julius AI, Quadratic AI, and Bricks AI.

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/dashboarding tools is a plus.

- Prior experience in a data-driven, customer-facing, or rapid-paced business environment is preferred.
