Responsibilities:

· Independently drive requirements, gathering and workflow mapping workshops.

· Translate the requirements into clear and concise functional specifications such as BRD and PRD.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and maintain product backlog using agile practices.

· Coordinate with cross functional teams to configure the product according to the business requirements, achieving project milestones within the agreed project cost and timeline.

· Work closely with the Engineering Team in system development throughout SDLC, to ensure the end-product meets the business requirements and is free from defects.

· Provide client support during the UAT, Go-Live, and post implementation phase.

· Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the organization's business domain.

· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in existing workflows and translate them into innovative product solutions.

· Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user manuals, and training guides.

· Generate reports and presentations to communicate analysis of findings, project status,



and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· Excellent client facing and client communication skills; ability to work with end users to agree on priorities and final requirements.

· Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes.

· Detail-oriented, self-starter with the proven record to work independently in an agile, fast-paced, business environment and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Strong organizational, meeting management skills, and robust interpersonal skills

· Hands on experience of working on Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio Power BI

· 3+ years of relevant work experience.

· IP industry or Paralegal experience is preferred

· Comfortable working independently with little guidance, and an ability to use resources effectively.

· Basic DBMS skills and SQL skills.

· Experience in building dashboards and reports using Power BI is a plus

· Competent in project management, methodology, and tools.

· Certified Scrum Master is a plus

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
