Job Summary

QuadCrag is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Analyst to drive business growth through college partnerships, lead generation, and field marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be willing to travel locally, and enjoy interacting with students and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through colleges, seminars, workshops, and campus events.
- Conduct seminars and workshops to promote the company's services.
- Build and maintain tie-ups with colleges and educational institutions.
- Identify current business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Meet potential clients and partners through field visits.




- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain reports of daily activities and lead status.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 year of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
